First day of research. Commencement of the start of the
Hyperspectral Visualization Java program. Worked mainly
on the GUI for the program.

Wednesday May 30, 2007:

Continued on the programming the GUI interface.

Thursday May 31, 2007:

Continue work on the GUI and determined in what way
the files should be handled. It was decided that BSQ files
present the best format for working with the files. Thus
a conversion algorithm from both bil and bip files to bsq
files was begun.

Mostly worked on a way to convert bil and bip files to bsq
files.
